San Luis Obispo Planners to Revisit Vacation Rental Rule Changes

San Luis Obispo County planning commissioners are set to try again Thursday to wrap up their recommended changes for the ordinance regulating how private homes are rented short-term to vacationers in Cambria and Cayucos. The communities of Cayucos, Los Osos and Avila Beach also could be added to the ordinance.

The commissioners discussed the proposed changes in April and July and were to have considered additional modifications in August, but other items ran long so consideration was put off until today.  

County supervisors would have to approve any changes.
